I say go for it - it would be kind of cool knowing more about her breed (and who knows, if she were to ever get some strange sickness, having that information might help in some way).

I still shudder when I hear that saying, "sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite", people know now not to say it around me...

Haha. I saw the main pic last week, at your place. The full pic is adorable. Percy used to get real tired, but he'd do his best to stay awake. He was like a student in a boring class - always bobbing his head.

Oooh. I found this online, maybe it will help:

WHAT TO DO

The Harvard School of Public Health offers the following guidelines on how to safely manage an infested building:

_Before considering treatment, collect specimens and confirm their identity.

_Carefully inspect the bed frame, mattress and other furniture for signs of bedbugs and their eggs.

_Search for live bugs and ensure they are bedbugs before considering treating.

_Thoroughly clean infested rooms. Scrub infested surfaces with a stiff brush to dislodge eggs, and use a powerful vacuum to remove bedbugs from cracks and crevices. Dismantling bed frames will expose hiding sites. Remove drawers from desks and dressers and turn furniture over. Reduce clutter.

_Mattresses and box springs can be encased in special mattress bags. Any bugs trapped within these sealed bags will eventually die.

_To prevent bedbugs from crawling onto a bed, pull the bed frame away from the wall, tuck sheets and blankets so they won't contact the floor, and place the frame legs into dishes or cups of mineral oil.

_Caulk and seal all holes where pipes and wires penetrate walls and floor, and fill cracks around baseboards and cove moldings.

_Do not apply pesticides unless you know what you are applying and the risks involved.

_If you need more help, get advice from a licensed pest control operator.

hahaha. Nice dude. If we wanted to be REALLY dorky, we could do the following:

1) You record the show, but don't watch it.
2) At just before 9 (midnight your time...you don't need to sleep), we'll call you via skype, set up the video and you can join in on the Heroes fun.

I bet there are far more people doing that than I realize.

I'll see if I can find a bar that will let me turn on "Heroes" tomorrow night, so I can spoil it for you by calling two hours prior to your watching! Muhahaha!

Good to see a post, and look forward to more. And we're going to do the weekly "Heroes" thing so we'll be sure to keep Katie smiling as well. ;)
