Juggling Videos, Part Two

So, you want an update, BJ!

I blogged about two jugglers quite some time ago. This debate about art vs. technicality in juggling made it to Time magazine this week. There are 10 total videos of these amazing technical jugglers, Vova and Olga Galchenko. My two favorites are:

Now for some pure art and beauty: Michael Moschen. Probably my most favorite professional juggler that’s not a professional juggler. The stuff he does is just plain amazing and awe-inspiring, as these “Energy” and “Light” videos illustrate.

Juggling Videos

So, there’s been a few videos floating around lately of two jugglers. One choreographed his routine to “Golden Slumbers/Carry that Weight/The End” from the Beatles’ Abbey Road. The other did the same routine with more difficulty.

A couple of comments:

1. Yes, the difficulty in the first one is pretty low, but the choreography is nice. Just to let you know, I can do most of the tricks that this guy does, and I’m sure at least 2 or 3 of my family members (Uncle Russ, Rob, etc.) can do all of them and maybe even better. But, it is still nice to see.

2. I like the second one a lot as a juggler, but it begs the question: “If you’re so good, why aren’t you on TV like the other guy?”
