		<description>i&#039;m not so sure the debate should be over art vs. technique juggling in internet videos.

Because we have to answer a more fundamental question.  I&#039;m of the belief that the internet itself is not something you just dump something on, b/c it&#039;s not a big truck, &lt;B&gt; the internet is a series of tubes &lt;/B&gt;.

our personal internets may prefer art or technique, but perhaps the tubes have room for both?</description>
